Today, I have done my first training down to Eymir lake on a rainy day. The first 6 km was for warming up. Then I ran down and up a hill which is exactly 1 km in 4 laps. The hill was steep in 3 different points, which made running impossible, at least for now. I am planing to do this workout once every week, maybe twice.
